Support
Real learning is built on a foundation of support. We intentionally keep our class sizes small, averaging 10 students per teacher. This isn’t just a statistic—it’s transformative. When teachers get the time to truly know their students, they can tailor their approach, address individual needs, and foster meaningful relationships.
Research on the subject agrees. A study conducted by Harvard professor Frederick Mosteller, found that smaller class sizes lead to better academic performance. In a supportive environment, students are more engaged. They’re more likely to ask questions, seek help, and develop confidence in their abilities.
Our dedicated teachers invest time in understanding each child, helping them navigate both academic challenges and personal growth. This focused attention cultivates a love for learning that lasts a lifetime.

Curiosity
At Windsor Hall, curiosity drives our International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum. We don’t just teach; we inspire a genuine desire to learn. By encouraging students to confront real-world challenges with a global mindset, we prepare them to thrive as critical thinkers who embrace new ideas.
Our intentionally small class sizes play a crucial role in nurturing this spirit of inquiry. This close-knit environment creates a safe space where students feel comfortable sharing their ideas and taking risks. When students know their voices are valued, their curiosity thrives.
This commitment to curiosity is embodied by WonderTime, a unique, year-long passion project exclusive to Windsor Hall. WonderTime enables students to pursue a subject or cause that truly sparks their interest, building skills that prepare them for IB capstone projects in higher grades.
For example, one student's WonderTime project began with a passion for coding and a drive to make a difference. During his time at Windsor Hall, he launched a full fledged non-profit, organizing workshops for over 1,000 participants to learn basic coding free of cost. His initiative, now supported by a team of volunteers, continues to provide free coding workshops for students, creating lasting community impact.

Excellence
Millions of parents worldwide choose International Baccalaureate (IB) schools for their unwavering commitment to academic excellence and holistic education. At Windsor Hall, we take pride in cultivating not just learners, but compassionate leaders.
Consider the story of Jessica, an IB student who discovered her passion for social responsibility through our community service initiatives. She participated in a project to support earthquake relief efforts in Turkey, working with her classmates to organize a fundraiser. Their efforts not only raised essential funds but also increased awareness of food insecurity issues within the community.
Through this experience, Jessica honed her skills in teamwork, critical thinking, and leadership—qualities that are central to the IB philosophy. She learned that academic knowledge is only part of the equation; true excellence involves understanding and addressing the needs of others.
At Windsor Hall, our students are immersed in a vibrant community of global thinkers who seek to make a positive impact. They engage in a rigorous IB curriculum that emphasizes creativity and collaboration while also participating in hands-on experiences that foster empathy and social responsibility.
